Quantum Recovery

Devin Kirton

Devin is a highly experienced strength coach with a robust background in both competitive athletics and coaching. A former track sprinter at the university level, Devin leveraged their own athletic experiences to fuel a passion for coaching and physical development. With years of hands-on training, Devin rose through the ranks as a dedicated assistant coach for university football, ultimately advancing to the role of Head Coach for 13 men’s and women’s teams, where they honed their expertise in leadership, team dynamics, and performance optimization.

After an accomplished career in collegiate coaching, Devin transitioned into private coaching, focusing on the elite training of professional athletes. Drawing on a diverse client base that includes soccer players, volleyball athletes, hockey players, football players, and combat sports athletes, Devin has developed specialized, sport-specific programs designed to enhance athletic performance and prevent injury. Through a tailored, individualized approach, Devin has built a reputation for producing exceptional results and empowering athletes to reach their full potential, both on and off the field.

With a deep understanding of athletic performance across multiple sports, a proven track record in coaching at the highest levels, and a commitment to continuous improvement, Devin is a trusted expert in the field of strength and conditioning, ready to take athletes to new heights.

Mohsen Aghdam
(He/Him/His)

Mohsen is a highly qualified professional with a range of nationally recognized certifications, including those from the Coaching Association of Canada and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours from Dalhousie University, which he completed in 2020, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on investigating the impact of resistance exercise on individuals affected by Brain Cancer.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Mohsen has extensive experience working with individuals from various fitness backgrounds, including managing a fitness facility and mentoring other trainers to improve their skills and the quality of service provided to clients. Throughout his graduate studies, Mohsen worked with clinical populations, and he is now a committed kinesiologist, dedicated to helping his clients improve their physical health through scientifically effective methods.

Mohsen is a strong believer in the importance of community for motivation and the value of strong foundations for longevity in all areas of life. He approaches training from a science-based perspective and keeps up with the latest research to ensure success for all his clients.

As a Competitive Olympic Weightlifter, Mohsen has achieved a top 10 ranking in his province and enjoys incorporating strength training into his programmes to improve recovery, prevent re-injury, and enhance performance.
